Update Your Tax Information
This guide shows you how to update your business tax information, add your Employer Identification Number (EIN), and claim tax-exempt status in your Liquid Web account.
Introduction
Liquid Web works hard to make sure that we are complying with all applicable tax regulations for billing your business. Ensure your tax information is correct, including tax-exemption status, by following the instructions below.

Prerequisites
- A Liquid Web account.
Step-by-step Instructions
- Log into your stg-lw-test.stellarwp.com account with your username and password, or sign in with Google SSO.
- Click on your account avatar on the top right and click Account Management.
- Scroll down to the Business Details section to find and update EIN field.
- For tax-exempt accounts, simply check the box next to “This account is owned by a tax exempt individual or organization.” This will show new fields for you to enter your Tax exempt reason and Tax exempt ID.
- Click Save Changes to save any updates.
